Each engagement is scoped as a scientific work package with an explicit question, milestones, and a defined handoff.

Models, controls, replicates, endpoints, exclusions, and analysis methods are set before the results are known.

Run, review, and adapt

Quality checks sit between stages. If an early result changes the program, the next experiment changes with it.
