Research capability

Bioinformatics

Computational experiments for sequencing and multi-omic studies, from study design and processing through statistical analysis and biological interpretation.

Our expertise covers spans biology to bioinformatics. We design the study, define the computational experiment, process and quality-check the data, test the hypothesis, and return a reproducible record of how the result was produced. Our designs account for biological replication, batch, sample handling, and expected effect size. We work with bulk and single-cell RNA-seq, variant calling from whole-genome and exome data, and integration across proteomic, epigenomic, and imaging-derived layers. Analyses can stand alone or serve as molecular endpoints within a drug discovery or clinical study.

Pipelines that reproduce

Our pipelines are fully reproducible and executable end-to-end, including:

  • Workflow managers, pinned container images, and versioned reference data
  • Parameters stored as configuration
  • Test data for dry runs
  • Precise technical documentation

Research deliverables

The handoff includes versioned workflows, parameters and reference data, quality-control results, analysis-ready outputs, figures, statistical results, and a scientific report. The report connects each conclusion to the analysis that produced it and identifies the next experiment the evidence justifies.
